Refund Policy
Cancelling
You can cancel your plan at any time from your account settings, or through the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the term you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Deleting the app does not cancel a plan; cancel first.
Refund of your first payment
If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full, for any reason. This applies to the first term of any plan, including a first term bought at an introductory price.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not refunded, because we email you before every renewal and cancelling takes one tap. Two exceptions: if a renewal was charged after you cancelled, or if you were charged twice for the same term, we refund the mistaken charge in full. Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund of a renewal, that right applies.
Statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-service contract. Our 14-day refund covers that right and does not shorten it. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law where you live.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or
- Use the “request a refund” link in your Paddle receipt.
You do not need to give a reason. Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, to the payment method you used, and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, your plan ends and access closes; your entries remain in your account for the period described in the Privacy Policy unless you delete them.
Changes to this policy
A change to this policy applies to purchases made after the change. We will not reduce the refund terms that applied when you bought.
